About Dr. K. Johnson, CEO/Executive Director

Dr. K. Johnson possesses over 30 years of professional and ethical social service experience in the Savannah Chatham County, Effingham County, and Bryan County areas. She has been the CEO/Executive Director of Success for Families and Children Enterprise for over 2 years. Dr. Johnson is a part-time professor at Walden University, Columbia College, and Savannah State University.

She worked as Clinical Manager of Gateway Behavioral Health Services in Effingham and Pembroke Counties for 2 ½ years, worked for 23 years as a certified facilitator for Chatham County’s Family Violence Intervention Program with Union Mission (Parent and Child Development Services), and worked for 18 years as Director of Family Preservation at Greenbriar Children’s Center, a shelter for abused, neglected, and abandoned children.

She is a National Domestic Violence Counselor, Georgia Certified Domestic Violence Facilitator, National Custody Evaluator, National Parenting Coordinator, and possess a LMSW licensed in Georgia to practice social work.
